Choose whether your declaration text, notes and bank details print on your invoices, and whether bank details show on a proforma invoice before it is paid.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Invoice Settings.
- Turn on or off:
- Declaration, your standard truthful-particulars statement, printed at the bottom of the invoice. Turning this on shows a Declaration text field where you can edit the wording.
- Notes / terms, any notes or terms you want printed. Turning this on shows a Notes text field where you can edit the wording.
- Show bank details on Proforma Invoice, prints your bank details even before the invoice is paid.
- Show bank details on Paid Invoice, prints your bank details on the final, paid invoice.
- Changes apply straight away, there is no separate save step for each toggle.
