A busy inbox buries things quickly. There are three ways to get back to a chat you have lost.

Search the inbox

Use Search conversations at the top of the list. It looks at who the chat is with, so a name or a number will find it.

Narrow the list down

The filters above the list cut it down without you typing anything:

  • Unread, chats nobody has opened yet
  • Unresolved and Resolved, if your team marks chats as dealt with
  • Can reply, only the chats you are still allowed to message freely
  • Failed, messages that did not arrive

Look in the archive

Chats that were put away are not deleted, they are moved out of the main list.

  1. Press More at the top of the conversation list.
  2. Choose Archived.
  3. Use Search archived to find the one you want.

A red dot on More means there is something unread sitting in the archive.

Back to inbox brings you back.

If you still cannot find it

Very old chats are not all loaded at once. Press Load older chats at the bottom of the list to bring more in, then search again.

Also check you are on the right branch. Each branch has its own inbox, so a chat taken at another branch will not be in this one.
