Stay signed in to more than one Happy Pet account on one computer or phone. Move between them without typing a password each time. It helps if you work for two businesses, or have a staff login and an owner login.

Add another account

On a computer:

  1. Press your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open the account menu.
  2. Press Add account.
  3. The sign in screen opens. Sign in to the account you want to add.

On a phone:

  1. Press More at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Press the switch button to the right of your name, at the top.
  3. Press Add account, then sign in.

The account you were using stays signed in. To go back without adding one, press Cancel on the sign in screen.

Switch to another account

  1. Open the account menu on a computer, or the switch button on More on a phone.
  2. Press the account you want. The one in use has a tick.

Happy Pet reloads and opens the Dashboard of that account. Each row shows the business name, then your name and your role there.

If an account says Sign in again

That account's sign in on this device has ended. Press it, then press Sign in and enter its password. Your email is already filled in. Your other accounts stay signed in.

Remove an account from this device

  1. Press the three dots at the end of the account's row.
  2. Press Remove.

This signs this device out of that account only. Nothing in the account is deleted, and other devices stay signed in.

Log out

Logout signs you out of the account in use only. The sign in screen then lists your other accounts under Continue with an account on this device. Press one to carry on with it.

Log out of all accounts signs this device out of every account. It shows once a second account is added. Find it in the account menu, or at the bottom of More on a phone.

If something goes wrong

You can add up to 10 accounts on one device. To add another, remove one you no longer use.

A business that has not finished its setup steps cannot be added. Sign in to it on its own until setup is done. You will see:

This business needs to finish its setup before it can be added. Please sign in to it on its own for now.

A business that is on hold cannot be opened. The screen tells you to contact the Happy Pet team.

If you switched accounts in another tab, older tabs pause with You changed accounts in another tab. Press Continue to open the account that is signed in now.
