Put the booking type you use most first, so Bookings opens on it.

Before you start

Your branch needs at least two booking types for this to show. If you only offer one, the Calendar setup pill and its section are not there at all.

You also need permission to edit Business Profile. If you can see the list but cannot drag a row, and there is no Save Changes button at the bottom of the page, ask whoever manages your roles to give you that permission.

Change the order

  1. Open your account menu and choose Business Profile.
  2. Stay on the Details tab.
  3. Press Calendar setup in the row of pills at the top, or scroll to the Calendar Setup section.
  4. Under Booking Tabs, drag a row up or down. The number beside each row updates as you drag.
  5. Press Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
  6. If a box asks Update Changes?, press Save Changes again. That only happens when you changed something else on the tab as well.

On a phone or tablet, press and hold a row for a moment before you drag it. A quick swipe scrolls the list instead.

Save before you switch branch in the header. Switching changes which tabs there are, so an arrangement you have not saved yet is dropped.

What the order changes

The tabs across the top of Bookings follow it, and the Bookings link in the sidebar opens whichever tab is first in your order.

Open Bookings before you have used a service and it takes you to your first tab. So does switching to a branch that does not offer the service you were looking at.

Only your account sees it

This is a personal setting. Your order does not change what anyone else sees, and anyone who can edit Business Profile can arrange their own.

If a tab you expected is not in the list

The list holds the booking types this branch offers and your role can open, nothing else. A service switched off for the branch, or one your role cannot view, is not there to arrange. Check the branch name at the top of the screen first, because the list belongs to the branch you are looking at.

A booking type you start offering later is added to the end of your order rather than being hidden, so switching a service on never costs you the arrangement you made.
