HappyPet only shows the booking types your branch actually offers. If you do grooming but not boarding, you will not see Boarding anywhere, and that is normal.
What you see is set per branch, so a branch that only grooms and a branch that also boards will look different to the same person.
If a type you do offer is missing
Email us at help@happypet.care and tell us which branch and which service. We turn it on for you.
If you have more than one branch
Check which branch you are looking at first. The branch name is at the top of the screen, and switching branch changes what is in the menu.
Why the calendar disappears on a phone
On a phone, bookings always open as a list rather than a calendar. The calendar needs more width than a phone has. Open HappyPet on a computer or tablet to use the calendar.
