Check Out only works once every extra service on the booking is marked as done. If one is still open, you see this message:

Please complete all addon services before Check Out.

This is on purpose. It stops a pet going home with a service the customer paid for but nobody delivered, and it keeps the final bill correct.

What to do

  1. Open the booking.
  2. Look at the extra services listed against each pet.
  3. Mark each one as done as you finish it.
  4. Once none are left open, Check Out works.

If the Done button will not work either

You may see this message instead:

Please complete Check In before marking services as Done.

That means the pet has not been checked in yet. Press Check In first, then mark the services as done, then check out. The order is always check in, then services, then check out.

If the customer is not taking a service after all

Remove the service from the booking instead of marking it done. The bill then matches what actually happened.
