Before you start
The plan has to exist first. See how to create a subscription plan.
Steps
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Press Issue Subscription.
- Choose the customer, and the pet if the plan is for one particular pet.
- Choose the plan.
- Take the payment.
The customer's remaining sessions are now tracked on their account.
Using it up
When they come in, book them as normal. The session comes off their balance rather than being charged again.
If something goes wrong
If the sessions are not coming off, check the booking is against the same pet the plan was issued to. A plan issued for one dog does not cover the other dog in the same household unless you set it up that way.
To see what someone has left, open the issued subscription rather than the plan. The plan is the template. The issued one is theirs.
