Before you start

Your services and prices need to be set up first, because the booking page offers exactly that list. See how to add your services and prices.

Settings opens on a computer, not on a phone.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings, then Online Booking.
  2. Choose which services customers can book themselves. You do not have to offer everything.
  3. Set the hours you accept online bookings for.
  4. Save.

Sharing it

You get a link. Put it wherever your customers already are: your website, your social media page, your WhatsApp replies.

If you have a website, you can also put the booking form directly on it rather than sending people to a separate page. Ask us and we will help with that.

What happens when someone books

Requests arrive under Booking Requests for you to accept or decline. Nothing goes into your calendar until you accept it, so an online booking can never take a slot you wanted for someone else without you knowing. See how to accept or decline a booking request.

If something goes wrong

If a service is missing from the booking page, check it is switched on for online booking. A service can be active in your business but not offered online.
