Your services are the first thing to set up. Every booking asks which service the customer is buying, and your online booking page offers the same list, so nothing else works properly until these exist.

Settings opens on a computer, not on a phone.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings, then Price Catalogue.
  2. Press Add New.
  3. Give the service a name the customer would recognise, such as Full Groom or Nail Trim.
  4. Set how long it takes. This is what blocks out time on the calendar, so keep it honest rather than optimistic.
  5. Set the price.
  6. Save.

Charging different prices for different pets

If you charge more for a big dog than a small one, you do not need a separate service for each. Open the service and set prices by pet size, breed or coat type instead. The right price is then picked automatically when someone books.

This is worth doing early. Changing it later means editing every service.

If something goes wrong

If a service does not appear when you make a booking, check that it is active and that it applies to the pet type you are booking for. A grooming service limited to dogs will not show for a cat.

If the price on a booking is not what you expected, look at the size, breed and coat rules on that service. The most specific rule wins.
