If you have more than one branch, moving stock has to be recorded at both ends. Otherwise one branch looks like it lost items and the other looks like it found some.

Steps

  1. Go to Inventory, then Transfers.
  2. Press New Transfer.
  3. Choose the branch you are sending to.
  4. Add the items and quantities.
  5. Send it.

The receiving branch then confirms what arrived, and their count goes up.

Nothing moves in HappyPet until the other end confirms. That is on purpose, so a van that never arrives does not quietly change two sets of numbers.

If something goes wrong

If a transfer is sitting waiting, someone at the other branch has not confirmed it yet. Give them a ring rather than raising a second one.

If only part of the box arrived, confirm what actually came. The difference stays visible instead of disappearing.
