Choose whether staff see an Addons step when booking boarding or daycare, and an Addons tab on the booking. Turn it off if your business does not sell add-ons, so nobody is stopped at check-out waiting for an add-ons step that does not apply.

Before you start

This setting only shows if your business offers Boarding.

Change the setting

  1. Open your account menu and choose Business Profile.
  2. Stay on the Details tab.
  3. Find Boarding-Daycare Addons.
  4. Under Do You Need Add Addons to the Boarding-Daycare Booking?, choose Yes or No.

What each option does

  • Yes, the booking flow shows the Addons step, and the booking detail page shows an Addons tab.
  • No, the Addons step and the Addons tab are hidden everywhere, and check-out no longer waits for add-ons to be finished before it lets you close the booking.

This applies to both Boarding and Daycare bookings.
