HappyPet tells you when something needs you. A new enquiry, a booking request, a report you asked for. You decide which of those reach you, and where they turn up.
These settings are yours alone. Turning something off here changes nothing for the rest of your team.
Steps
- Go to Settings.
- Open Notification Management.
- Find the row you want, in the section for the place you want it.
- Press the switch to turn it on or off.

There is no save button. Each switch saves on its own the moment you press it.
The three places a notification can go
- Bell notifications show up in the bell at the top of the app. This is the dependable one, and it works on every device you sign in on.
- Push notifications pop up on your phone or computer even when HappyPet is closed. Your browser has to allow this first.
- Email notifications go to the address you sign in with. These are the ones that reach you when you are nowhere near the app.
The three are separate. You can leave the bell on for everything and take an email for only the one or two things you never want to miss.

Why the email list is shorter
WhatsApp messages from customers are not sent by email. A busy chat would fill your inbox in an afternoon, so that one stays on the bell and your device. Everything else in the list can be emailed.
If the push switches will not move
If your browser is blocking notifications for HappyPet, the push switches are locked and a note above them says so. Allow notifications in your browser, then come back to this page.
If your browser has never been asked, you get a Turn it on link instead. Press it and say yes when your browser asks.

Changing your mind
Come back to this page and press the switch again. Anything that happened while it was off will not appear afterwards, so turn things back on before you go looking for them.
Somebody who has never opened this page
They get everything, on all three. That is on purpose. Nobody should miss something because of a setting they did not know existed.
