Every morning Happy Pet emails the business owner a summary of the day before: appointments, check ins and outs, revenue, and how each groomer did.
When it arrives
Around 6:00 AM, your local time. It covers the whole of the previous day.
If nothing happened that day, with no appointments and no check ins or outs, no email is sent.
Who gets it
The business owner's email address. Other admins and branch managers do not get it.
One email covers every branch. To have it sent to another address as well, for example your manager or your accountant, email help@happypet.care with the address.
What is in it
The email is titled Performance Report. The figures are in an attached Excel file, not in the email itself.
The first sheet, Overall Report, gives the day at a glance:
- Grooming Overview: appointments, completed, no shows, cancelled and revenue, with a line per branch.
- Boarding & Daycare Overview: pets checked in and out, no shows, cancelled, daycare visits, boarding and revenue.
Each branch then has its own sheet with:
- every grooming appointment, with the customer, services, revenue and payment status
- Staff Performance: each groomer's clock in and out time, appointments handled, revenue and average time per appointment
- every pet checked in or out
- Room Occupancy Information: which pet is in which room, and since when
Turn it off
- Go to Settings, then Notification Management.
- Under Email notifications, turn off Daily performance report.
Only the owner sees this switch. It stops the owner's copy only. Any extra addresses we added for you keep getting it, so email help@happypet.care to remove those.
If you are not getting it
Check Daily performance report is on, and check your spam folder for Performance Report. A day with no activity sends nothing, which is expected.
