Your own details are yours to change. You do not need an owner to do it for you.

Steps

  1. Open your profile from your name at the top of the screen.
  2. Change your First Name, Last Name or Contact Number.
  3. Save.

Changing your password

  1. Press Change Password.
  2. Enter your current password, then the new one.
  3. Save.

Pick something you do not use anywhere else. The most common way a business account is broken into is a password reused from a site that was breached, not somebody guessing.

If you have forgotten your current password, sign out and use the forgotten password link on the sign in screen instead.

The extra sign in check

Enable Two-Factor Authentication adds a second step when you sign in. After your password you enter a code, so knowing your password alone is not enough to get in.

It is worth turning on for anyone who can see money or customer details, which in most businesses is everyone. Disable Two-Factor Authentication turns it back off.

What you cannot change here

Your email address is how the system knows who you are, so it is not something you can edit yourself. Ask an owner.

What you are allowed to see and do is set by your role, not by this screen. If you cannot reach something you think you should, that is a permissions question.

If your details show on a booking

Your name is what appears when you are assigned to a job, so it is worth having it spelled the way customers would recognise.
