Everything about boarding, in the order you meet it. Boarding lives under Bookings → Boarding.
Setting up
Do these once, before your first booking.
- How to set up your rooms and kennels. Rooms have to exist before a booking can be saved, because each pet is given one.
- How to add your services and prices. Your prices come from here.
Taking a booking
- How to add a boarding booking. Choosing the customer, giving each pet a room, adding extras and taking an advance.
Running the stay
- How to check a pet in and out. The order the day runs in, and why it matters.
When something will not work
- Why the Check Out button is not working yet. Almost always an extra service still marked as open.
